first your should go to the bottem of this site and read, what i wrote about tabs.
then its should be easy for you to play this:

As you can see you start in the 12th fret and plays the d string. Then you go to the 15th 

fret of the b string. Then the 14th fret of the g, and move down to 12th fret of the g. Then go to the 15 fret of the high e, and then back again to the 14 fret of the g string. THen 14th fret of high e, back to 14 fret of the g. The next is just the same, but you start at the 14fret of the d string, insteed of the 12th fret of the d...
